Hey everyone! My name is Nikki, and I’m the owner of Skyn & Co 🤍 I’m 33 years old & live in the great city of Eau Claire with my boyfriend Jon, and our dog Oliver. When I’m not at work (doing what I love most), you can usually find me traveling with my best friends (if you’re already a client of mine, you already know this), having movie nights with Jon or planning my next adventure! I went to school in Rochester Minnesota at Nova Academy of Cosmology in 2016 & graduated with honors in 2017. My first esthetician job was at a spa in Bloomington Minnesota. I ended up moving back to Eau Claire six months later where I have worked as a licensed esthetician for the past almost 5 years. I specialize in Nufree body and facial waxing. Nufree is a soy based vegan resin, free from sugars, wax and honey. It is the only soy based hair removal system in the world! It is anti-microbial which makes it extremely sanitary. Cancellation Policy
I understand that things come up + people get sick, but to protect my time + my business, below is my cancellation policy.
Effective immediately, I require a credit card to hold any appointment booked online. Please give me at least a 48 hour notice of cancellation or to reschedule. Any appointment cancelled the day of will be charged 25% of the appointment total. Any no-show will result in being charged 75% of the total service amount to protect my time + business.
Know this is not easy for me to do, as I love each and every one of my clients; but I also have a business to run. Unlike other jobs, I do not get PTO, sick leave, or benefits such as health insurance/other insurance options. This means when someone no shows me or cancels at the last minute- I go without pay.
This also means that potentially I turned away a client because that time slot was not available.
